Automation & QA Team Lead
At least 3 years of experience as a QA Team Leader, responsible for Manual and Automation aspects for enterprise products.
Experience in managing a team of 6-7 engineers, specializing in Manual QA and Automation (UI, API)
B.Sc. in Computer Science or other relevant fields
Experience in requirements analysis, test plan reviews and executions.
Experience with any of these programming languages: JavaScript / TypeScript / Java / Python / C#
At least 3 years of Hands-On experience with UI Automation frameworks and API level automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Pytest)
Knowledge of common testing frameworks (Jira based)
Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL DBs
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong analytical skills
Financial knowledge is an advantage
Experience with the Cucumber open-source tool supporting Behavior-Driven Development is an advantage

Proven experience in QA engineering with a strong focus on automation, and the ability to lead both manual and automated testing efforts.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution, with experience defining and implementing QA strategies and processes across teams.
Hands-on experience with backend validation using SQL and REST API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and experience selecting and integrating testing tools into the development lifecycle.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, including experience mentoring QA engineers and working with distributed or remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
