Nestl? Osem Headquarters is recruiting a Senior Economist for business planning & analysis in Purina Petcare category for a challenging role that includes:
Supporting the preparation of 3-year strategic plans for the Category
Ongoing reporting and analysis of dynamic forecast and actual sales, profitability, and other KPI performance of the Category against the annual budget.
Continuous monitoring and analysis of variances in expense items in the profit and loss statement.
Regular collaboration with colleagues in the local market and with the regional European team.
Analyzing promotions and the feasibility of launching new products, including recommendations for improvement.
Economic feasibility analyses and return on investment assessments.
Preparing scenarios for new product innovations & supporting decision-making for the Category marketing strategy.
דרישות התפקיד
Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration – mandatory.
Previous experience of 4 years in a similar role in a business company – mandatory.
Full proficiency in Excel – mandatory at a very high level (complex formulas at a very high level!) PIVOT VLOOKUP.
In-depth knowledge with OFFICE software + PowerBi
Experience working with SAP – an advantage.
High analytical ability.
High level of English – mandatory.
Strong influencing skills
