BI and SAP Master Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled SAP Master Data and Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support and improve global supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality master data, developing meaningful business insights through BI tools, and supporting process standardization across global systems and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of SAP master data across global supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with global teams to define, implement, and monitor master data governance standards and processes.
• Maintain and continuously improve supply chain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as GDM, Power BI, or SAP-native solutions.
• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Support the rollout and training of GDM (Global Data Management) systems across sites and teams.
• Participate in data quality improvement initiatives, including cleansing, auditing, and validation processes.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including data dictionaries, SOPs, and process maps.
• Help drive the adoption of KPI tracking and performance management tools across the supply chain.
• Support system enhancements and project implementations by testing new functionalities and ensuring master data alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field – Required
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems and master data structures – Required
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., SAP BI, Power BI, GDM) – Required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Visio, MS Project – Preferred
• Experience in data governance and reporting automation is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed to support global teams (including U.S. time zones)
