What  he will be doing 
Setting up, configuring, and maintaining workstations for our team.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues whether it's a slow laptop, a printer that won’t print, or a network that’s acting up.
Managing the full lifecycle of IT equipment and software: purchasing, replacing, and keeping track of inventory.
Providing hand on support for a wide range of devices including computers, laptops, printers, and mobile phones.
Responding quickly and effectively to service requests and technical issues.
Working hours 8:30 - 19:30    (small shifts ) with availability on Fridays  (only availability )

What expected him to bring to the table
Strong communication skills,  can explain technical stuff in a way that makes sense to non-technical people.
Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and common applications.
Experience with Microsoft 365 services like Exchange Online,Entra (AzAD),  SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
Knowledge in Server 2019, windows 10+  
Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) tools and administration.
A creative approach to problem-solving and a desire to keep learning.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
An open mind and a willingness to explore new technologies and ideas.
Self learning
Coming from CallCenter is a plus
