We are seeking an experienced IT Hardware Support Engineer to This role focuses on troubleshooting of high-performance server hardware, including GPU clusters.You will be deeply involved in resolving complex hardware incidents, proactively handling L1/L2 support via the ticketing system. Working closely with IT infrastructure engineers and L3 technicians, you will help optimize diagnostics, reduce resolution times, and continuously improve SLA performance.This role requires shift work (day & night), that will be compensated.You’re welcome to work in our office in Modiin, Israel.Your responsibilities will includeSolve hardware related issues with servers, involving in-depth advanced level troubleshootingReport to hardware problem management, execute workarounds and solutionsSolve proactively L1/L2 tasks through ticket systemUpdate new processes and documentation for IT hardware teamCollaborate with IT infrastructure engineers and L3 Technicians to improve SLA with complex diagnosticsImprove support processes, documentation and training materialsBasic level of network tasks, troubleshooting and supportRequirementsKnowledge of datacenters, and server equipmentAdvanced knowledge of IT hardware and practical experience of troubleshootingAdvanced skills working with the Unix/Linux operating system and command lineExperience with equipment monitoring, data analysis and presentationProactiveness and sense of responsibilityHigh proficiency in spoken and written EnglishIt will be a bonus if you haveKnowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting in advanced levelDriving license type BWhat we offerCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.Flexible working arrangements.A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.We’re growing and expanding our products every day.
