Background in trading, investing, fintech, or capital markets – strong advantage
Proven ability to scale marketing operations and drive measurable growth
Strong understanding of trader psychology and community engagement
Analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing and funnel optimization
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Native or fluent English
