Legal Counsel – Procurement & Vendor Engagements

A global technology company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its legal team. The role will focus on procurement and third-party vendor engagements. It is a unique opportunity to work on complex commercial agreements, support global procurement operations, and collaborate across multiple business functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

*Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary legal advisor for all third-party engagements, including procurement and vendor agreements.
-Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including software licenses, statements of work (SOWs), professional services agreements, and marketing contracts.
-Provide legal support to the procurement team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and helping to mitigate legal and commercial risks.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and security, to support company-wide initiatives.
-Contribute to the development and optimization of legal and procurement processes.

-LL.B. or Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to a bar.
-At least 5 years of relevant legal experience in a technology company or a leading law firm advising high-tech clients.
-Full professional fluency in English – both written and spoken – with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
-Solid understanding of legal and commercial risks in procurement and vendor relationships.
-Business-oriented approach and the ability to offer practical, solution-driven legal advice.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
-Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
