Commercial Legal Counsel – Tech Company

A leading international technology company seeks a Commercial Legal Counsel to join its global legal team. The position offers a unique opportunity to engage with cross-border commercial transactions and support a fast-paced, innovation-driven business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Act as a legal partner to the international sales organization, providing end-to-end legal support on various commercial transactions.
-Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and partners worldwide.
-Participate in complex sales processes, helping to align legal risk management with strategic business goals.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, finance, product, and business operations.
-Identify and address legal and commercial risks, offering clear and practical legal guidance.

-LL.B. or Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to a bar.
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, either in-house at a tech company or at a law firm advising high-tech clients.
-Full professional proficiency in English – both written and spoken.
-Solid understanding of commercial legal risk and excellent contract negotiation skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
