VP Risk Management & Regulatory Control

We are looking for a VP (Risk Management & Regulatory Control) who shall have primary responsibility for Compliance and Risk management at the branch.

The indicative list of responsibilities to be handled by RM are:

• To ensure compliance with all regulations regulatory requirements of and reporting to Bank of Israel (BoI)/ AML.
• Act as the central point of contact responsible for maintaining liaison and co-ordination with statutory and regulatory agencies.
• Reporting to Regulators.
• Regulatory engagement and Audit completion
• Risk Management, Customer Due Diligence, Monitoring responsibilities of Bank/ Regulators.
• To ensure Training and equipping all members of staff on regulatory requirements and notifications.

We shall prefer a work experience of 5 years in banking and/ or Financial Institution, preferably with an MBA / LLB / LLM / CPA or equivalent with prior experience in Compliance and Risk Management related profiles.
Proficiency to read, write and speak in Hebrew and English and knowledge of computer are pre-requisites for this post.

The position shall report to Chief Executive Officer of our Bank branch
