Group Product Lead

We’re looking for a strategic, user-obsessed Group Product Lead (GPL) for our Goods vertical, one of the most strategic and high-potential areas of our classifieds platform. You’ll be the end-to-end owner of the Goods user journey - from seller tools to buyer experience. You will define the product vision, translate it into a clear roadmap, and ensure that every step delivers meaningful user and business value.

In this role,you’ll need to balance a passion for building trust, understanding, and safety with a sharp focus on marketplace economics. You’ll foster a team culture that blends emotional care with critical analytical thinking, ensuring that every product decision is both human-centered and economically sound.

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years of direct team leadership in strategic roles
• Deep understanding of consumer-facing platforms, web and mobile, ideally with exposure to e-commerce
• Proven track record in defining and driving long-term product vision and strategy for high-impact verticals with measurable business outcomes
• Strong strategic thinking and deep market insight, able to set priorities and guide teams through complex decisions
• Experience mentoring and scaling product teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and autonomy
• Comfortable working both at the executive level (strategic planning, alignment with company OKRs) and in day-to-day product leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, data, and senior leadership
• Strong communication skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a unified product vision and strategy
• Full professional fluency in English; Hebrew
