We're looking for a sharp, data-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts across multiple real estate products and business lines.

:What You will be doing
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for real estate verticals, B2B and B2C
Analyze supply & demand dynamics and drive growth for a high-scale marketplace
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, offline, CRM)
Lead monetization, retention and customer engagement initiatives
Develop user journeys, generate insights and optimize the customer experience
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align business goals
Manage agencies, budgets, and performance metrics with full accountability
Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and shape positioning & messaging

Your Skills and Experience
5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, real estate experience required
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with B2B and B2C clients and digital product marketing
Strong communication and storytelling abilities, written and verbal
Familiarity with UX, funnels, and CRM - big plus
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
