Experience in a Product Management leadership role - a must
Proven experience as a B2B Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise environment
Hands-on experience in managing data-driven analytics products, with a strong understanding of data platforms, analytics infrastructures, and AI-driven solutions — including the ability to shape and develop data management capabilities.
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to the executive team
Solid technical background in software development for complex big data systems
Strong can do approach and problem solving skills
Great interpersonal skills
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good intuition for UX and design aesthetic
Experience within the Automotive and Mobility industry - an advantage
