We're Hiring: System Administrator

A leading telecom technology company is looking for an experienced System Admin to join our dynamic IT team. This is a hands-on role with exposure to complex systems, critical infrastructure, and cloud technologies. If you're solution-oriented, proactive, and passionate about IT- we'd love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
Support and maintain IT infrastructure (On-Prem Cloud)
Work with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, VMware, PowerShell, Backup Storage systems
Manage user accounts, service accounts, certificates, hardware software
Interface with internal stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Lead and participate in projects, create documentation, and manage risks
Collaborate with the Security team to maintain governance and compliance
Vendor management - Contracts, budgets, maintenance agreements, orders and invoices

at least 3 years of experience as a System Admin in a large-scale organization
Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Cloud platforms, Networking, and Hardware
Experience with:
Virtualization: VMware, NSX, Hyper-V
Backup Solutions: Commvault, Veeam, NetBackup
Storage: NetApp, UCS Cisco, HPE
Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash or Python – an advantage
High-level architectural thinking – a big plus
Fluent in Hebrew and English, verbal and written
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
