Live Ops Manager

Currently, we’re looking for a hands-on Live-Ops Manager to operate live content and monetization systems for skill-based, competitive (PvP/RMG) games during soft launch and early scale.

This role is execution-driven and sits at the intersection of Live-Ops, monetization, and economy, with direct impact on player behavior and revenue.

Requirements:

Strong affinity for games, especially competitive, PvP, or skill-based games
Clear interest in monetization operations and Live-Ops
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers
Hands-on, reliable executor who thrives in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities:

As a Live-Ops Manager, you will:

Operate live events, tournaments, and configurations
Manage entry fees, rewards, sinks, and progression
Execute segmented live A/B tests
Monitor core KPIs and react in real time
