Business Development Manager

Job Description:
- Serve as the main liaison between Strauss Coffee International and the JOINT VENTURE in Brazil
- Lead strategic business discussions and prepare senior-level presentations and recommendations
- Analyze financial performance and business KPI’S including P&L reports
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders across both geographies
- Identify and evaluate business development opportunities, including potential M&A and strategic partnerships
- Travel regularly to Brazil to build relationships and collaborate with local leadership

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Full professional fluency in Portuguese – must
- In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian business environment
- Proven experience in business development, strategic finance, or corporate strategy
- Strong financial skills, including familiarity with P&L and performance analysis
- Background in consulting, private equity, or multinational corporations – preferred
- Relevant academic degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting; MBA – advantageous
