iFor Fintech is a leading fintech development company. We are looking for a hands-on, highly analytical, and proactive Head of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to lead and optimize the entire customer journey, from brand awareness to second deposit and beyond.
This role is central to driving measurable improvements across all digital touchpoints, including branding, SEM, SEO, social media, influencer campaigns, website, landing pages, content, email marketing, push notifications, lead generation, customer activation on the platform or app, payment flows, sales, and more.
You will work cross-functionally with teams across the company, mentoring and guiding stakeholders to implement data-driven improvements that maximize conversion and retention
Responsibilities:
• Own and lead hands-on the full CRO strategy across the customer funnel.
• Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify areas of friction and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and drive performance.
• Drive measurement and attribution strategies, including SKAN and MMPs (e.g. Appsflyer), to optimize ROAS and LTV across channels, platforms, and geographies.
• Collaborate closely with the BI team, design, content, and development teams to implement winning variations.
• Conduct competitor intelligence to benchmark and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track CRO performance.
• Present insights and statistical analysis that go beyond basic test significance, translating data into actionable strategies and business impact.
• and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Stay current with CRO trends, tools, and best practices.
• Own and manage a budget for marketing campaigns and tests, divide it across teams, and measure ROAS.
דרישות התפקיד
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, and performance marketing analytics.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional processes or programs across departments or companies, with or without direct team management.
• Deep understanding of web and mobile conversion principles.
• Proficiency in tools such as: Excel, BI, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, landing page builders, Optimizely, VWO, Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel.
• Strong command of Advanced Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience in the financial industry - an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly showcase data insights.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
