Position Overview: Chartering & Operations Associate

Location: On-site, Netanya Headquarters

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a dynamic role focused on chartering and operational activities. This position involves a combination of sales, operational management, and project coordination, requiring strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Since maritime chartering is not formally taught in Israeli academic institutions, all necessary professional training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage chartering operations and related logistics
• Maintain strong client and partner communication
• Contribute to sales initiatives and market development
• Assist in coordinating and managing shipping projects
• Analyze data to support operational decisions and business strategy

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sales orientation and client-focused mindset
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Prior experience in shipping, maritime, or logistics sectors is an advantage
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities

The job requires occasional attendance during Saturdays and Jewish Holidays
