AI Product Developer

iFor Fintech is a leading fintech development company. We are looking for a hands-on, technically skilled AI Product Developer to join our Innovation Team.
This role combining development skills with product leadership and expertise in AI technologies. You will own the full lifecycle of AI agents, from vision and strategy through design, development, and deployment. You will be deeply involved in building intelligent AI agents, engineering prompts, and shaping impactful products that sit at the intersection of technology and user experience - not just collaborating with developers but actively writing code and contributing as part of the development team. The position is full-time, in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven solutions, aligning business goals with technical feasibility.
• Take an active part in designing, coding, and delivering AI agents, working as a full member of the development team.
• Research, craft, and optimize prompts to improve large language model (LLM) outputs in accuracy, relevance, and user satisfaction.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of AI agents — from idea to launch and beyond, including monitoring and improving them over time.
• Analyze product performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement based on data and user feedback.
• Ensure AI solutions are designed and deployed in line with Responsible AI principles, focusing on transparency, fairness, and trust.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in software development or engineering (e.g. Python, Java, Node.js).
• Interest and proven experience in AI and ML domains.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, as well as frameworks like LangChain.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying AI services.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles for AI-driven products.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• High-level proficiency in English
