Role Description
This is a full-time business and M&A consultant role located on-site in Ramat Gan, with the possibility of flexible working arrangements. The business and M&A consultant will be responsible for supporting strategy planning and implementation and the M&A processes from start to finish through in-depth analysis, market research, company valuation, and execution of transactions. The role requires working with diverse clients across different industries and accommodating their specific needs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (M.A. degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic, business or M&A advisory
• Demonstrated knowledge in strategy planning, financial analysis, and deal structuring
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present ideas and engage with clients
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (speaking, writing, reading)
• High capabilities in using Office tools (Excel, WORD, PPT…)
• Experience and ability to work with AI tools
