• Proactive monitoring and control of company expenses and revenues, identifying trends, analyzing variances, raising red flags, and providing strategic recommendations to meet financial goals
• Playing a significant role in building and shaping the long-term business plan and the company’s annual budget, developing complex financial models, and supporting the definition of business targets
• Providing accurate forecasts and comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making
• Proactively identifying cost optimization opportunities, leading projects to streamline and improve financial and operational processes that support profit growth
• Preparing high-level business presentations, presenting complex financial data to senior company leadership and the board of directors, and leading strategic discussions
• Guide, train, and develop team members, including mentoring, ongoing professional development, task delegation, quality assurance of deliverables, and maintaining high professional standards
דרישות התפקיד
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an organization, or as a Budget and Control Economist
• Experience in market analysis and due diligence - an advantage
• Proven track record in leading complex organizational and financial processes end-to-end
• Managerial experience - significant advantage
• Full proficiency in Excel and experience with BI systems (such as Power BI)
• Excellent English skills are mandatory
• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
