SALES ENGINEER - ISRAEL

Develop and implement joint action plans to develop sustainable sales and profit growth. Increase
direct and indirect market share, generating NSK brand-pull in the market, by the provision of MRO
and OEM end-user solution / technical selling and engineering project activity.
Act as a bridge between NSK and customers’ needs.
Commercially manage all aspects of Industrial Aftermarket sales to deliver sales and profit growth
in nominated sectors in Israel.
Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and profit margins: -
Manages multiple simultaneous projects and distribution for new Israel business
Provides engineering and commercial support to current and new Israel business

Degree Calibre – Technically-related degree or with equivalent qualifications from a
technical education environment - Mechanical engineer / Practical mechanical engineer
Skills & Knowledge
Experienced engineer with good commercial aptitude or experienced mechanical industrial
professional with good engineering/product knowledge (5 years experience).
Hunting mentality
PC Literacy – including all MS Office programs.
Project management skills
An aptitude for languages, minimum fluent in English.
Self-motivation and self-discipline.
Negotiation and selling skills.
Planning and good organisational skills.
Multi-cultural awareness.
Knowledge of bearings or bearings related applications.
Knowledge of the Industrial/Heavy industries (Steel, Cement, Mining, Rail)
