Import/Export & Logistics Coordinator

· Handle import and export operations including ation, customs clearance, and compliance with global trade regulations

· Coordinate shipments, logistics schedules and delivery timelines.

· Track and resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, or damaged goods

· Generate reports including shipping logs, backlog status, and weekly logistics KPIs

· Manage invoicing, VAT assignment, and ensure records are accurately maintained in the ERP system (Priority)

· Monitor inventory movement related to import/export activities

· Collaborate with internal departments (Supply chain, procurement, warehousing, service teams) to align logistics workflows

· Proven experience in logistics, Import / Export - Must

· Strong knowledge of customs procedures, trade compliance, and Incoterms

· Experience working with ERP systems (Priority)

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Fluent in English, both spoken and written
