Business Analyst Team Lead

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend data-driven strategies
Build comprehensive pricing strategies, models and measure P&L for different projects
Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development
Analyze sales performance and customer behavior data to uncover actionable insights
Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI)
Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to support planning and performance
Monitor KPIs, profitability, and conversion trends, translating data into clear business recommendations
Lead cross-functional data projects from scoping through execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Prepare presentations for monthly reviews
Communicate complex data in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally in sales or e-commerce within a digital/product-focused company
Experience managing analysts or demonstrated leadership experience in guiding analyst teams and stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with hands-on experience building dashboards and reports
Strong command of BI tools such as Power BI, Databricks or similar
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with modern data systems and infrastructure
Excellent analytical thinking and a strong business-oriented mindset
Clear and confident communicator with the ability to tell a compelling story through data
High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive, independent working style
Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
