Ofil Systems Ltd. is seeking a System Engineer specializing in electro-optical systems with project management capabilities. The role requires expertise in multi-disciplinary system engineering, a strong background in electro-optical systems, and the ability to manage end-to-end projects while leveraging deep engineering knowledge.

*Position Details:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

*System Engineering:*

• Lead system design and manage trade-offs in system-level projects.

• Integrate electro-optical, electronic, mechanical, and other components.

• Develop specifications and comprehensive system-level planning.

*Project Management in Development:*

• Manage end-to-end development projects.

• Establish and improve work methodologies.

• Monitor and control project progress.

• Generate status reports and update the management team.

*Technical Support and Miscellaneous:*

• Assist development teams.

• Solve complex problems.

• Update technical documentation and improve processes.

*Position Requirements:*

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Electro-optics, System Engineering, or a related field.

• 5-10 years in multi-disciplinary system engineering.

• Experience in electro-optical projects.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects.

• Familiarity with Linux Embedded environments.

• Basic understanding of software development (Python, C++).

• Ability to work in Agile environments.

• Experience in Verification & Validation (V&V) processes.

• Strong systems-thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Quick learner.

• Full proficiency in English.
