Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We're looking for an experienced, creative, and strategically minded Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our company's development and technology operations.
Responsibilities include:

Defining and executing the company’s technological vision and strategy

Leading development, QA, DevOps, and IT teams
Collaborating closely with company leadership, marketing, product, and sales
Selecting and implementing advanced technologies and innovative tools
Ensuring high product quality, scalability, and performance
Managing development budgets and overseeing tech recruitment processes

Proven experience as a CTO or VP R&D – mandatory
Strong track record in managing development teams and complex projects – mandatory
Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps
Experience with Web, Mobile, and AI technologies – a significant advantage
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
High-level English – speaking and writing
