Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Align all campaigns with business goals and target audiences.
Market Research & Insights
• Conduct in-depth research to identify new clients and understand industry trends.
• Analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Campaign & Sales Management
• Design, launch, and manage impactful marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and manage strong relationships with B2B clients through excellent account management.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to long-term growth.
Reporting & Product Knowledge
• Deliver regular reports on marketing and sales performance.
• Gain a deep understanding of our services to accurately represent and promote them.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, ideally within the travel/tourism industry
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing tools
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits
• Positive attitude, ability to thrive under pressure, and openness to taking on new
