HCM Oracle Fusion Consultant

Design, develop, configure, and support new ORACLE HCM enhancements while providing the best solutions to the requirements
Write system requirements s (SRD) for new enhancements and new projects
Enhance and /or confirm business requirements documents (BRD) for new enhancements and new projects in the HO
Document processes and enhancements
Responsible for ongoing production stability
Provide time estimation for new analysis and implementation for new requests
Perform unit testing
Help monitor Information security, permissions managements, risk management, regulation (ISOX), versions’ management
Implement new projects’ development according to set project scope, keeping within due dates, and resources

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 3 years’ experience in ORACLE Fusion Cloud HCM implementation
Proficient understanding of Business processes in ORACLE HCM module
High level of Business English, both written and verbal
Experience working in a global company, an Advantage.
