Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper (Level 3) to join our growing finance team (reporting to the main Bookkeeper) and play a key role in the company’s financial operations.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in tech or international companies.
Bookkeeping Certificate - Type 3 (mandatory).
Proven experience with Priority software (a must).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with tax compliance, including VAT, Nikuim, and Odfot (mandatory).
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Hebrew (mainly written).
Ability to work independently and handle complex financial tasks.

About the position:

As a Bookkeeper in our company, you will take ownership of critical financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

Responsibilities:

Managing the full accounting cycle, including recording, reconciling, and reporting.
Processing supplier invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
Reconciling banks, accounts payable/receivable and credit card balances.
Monitoring employees attendance reports and medical certificates ensuring precise calculations and compliance.
Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
Collaborating with auditors and providing necessary documentation during audits.
Performing other ad-hoc financial tasks as required by the finance department.
