Project Manager

• Own and drive full lifecycle R&D projects: scope definition, planning, execution, verification,
and release.
• Lead system-wide integration and full testing processes, including validation, regression, and
product readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, software/cloud, and system
tools.
• Serve as a liaison between R&D and other departments: Operations, Product, QA, Customer
Support, Marketing, etc.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Implement and adapt project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as
appropriate.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure customer-related project activities are professionally managed, from requirement
capture to delivery and follow-up.
• Lead effective planning sessions, steering committees, and milestone reviews.

• 5+ years of experience in project management of multidisciplinary systems (hardware,
software, mechanics).
• Proven experience managing system-level testing, validation, and product readiness cycles.
• Deep understanding of the development lifecycle: scoping, design, development,
integration, testing, and GA.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools: MS Project (required), Azure DevOps
(TFS), Concerto (advantage).
• Demonstrated experience with matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working directly with customers, managing expectations, and delivering highsatisfaction outcomes.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple simultaneous efforts.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities.
• Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery in dynamic environments.
