Job Description

•Preparation of annual financial report and monthly and quarterly reporting package according to the IFRS.

•Prepare tax returns and financial reports according to Israeli GAAP.

•Prepare reports and analysis to management: Budget, actual vs budget, and cash flow and ongoing work with the parent company abroad

•Prepare future cash flow currency exposure and hedging recommendation.

•Responsibility for the fixed assets.

•Prepare reports for the Israeli Innovation Authority.

•Taking part in maintaining the bank account and Ensure compliance with group policy for bank account

•Prepare part of the CEO reports and board presentation.

Qualifications

•CPA Big 5 with a minimum 3-year experience

•Experience as an assistant controller/controller- an advantage

•Experience with OCS/ Israeli Innovation Authority- an advantage

•Experience with IFRS and Israeli GAAP

•Experience with preparing annual tax returns-must, according to the law of capital investment- an advantage

•Very high Excel proficiency

•Experience with global company- an advantage

•Experience in an industrial company - an advantage

•Experience with priority ERP system - an advantage

•High-level English

•Ability for an Intense working
