Operator – Testing and Verification

We’re looking for a good person with strong people skills - someone responsible, detail-oriented, and a skilled Operator with hands-on experience in electronics testing and verification. You’ll perform both manual and automated testing, work with lab equipment, and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

Good hands-on skills – confident working with small components, assembling, or performing precise manual tasks.
Practical knowledge in electronics.
Experience with manual and automated test systems.
Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based applications.
Solid understanding of computer operations and file systems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills – ability to work cross-functionally.
Self-motivated, organized, detail-focused, with a strong technical sense.

Nice to Have:

Technician or practical engineer in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics.
Experience working in manufacturing, lab, or test environments.
Familiarity with data acquisition software or automated test platforms.
Creativity of problem solving

Responsibilities:

Conduct manual and automatic testing of electronic products and components.
Operate and monitor test equipment and lab instruments according to defined procedures.
Perform verification tasks based on product and process requirements.
Accurately record and analyze test results using Excel and internal systems.
Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in test procedures and documentation.
