Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student to join our IT team, supporting both budget planning & control and project management office (PMO) activities. This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to financial processes, project coordination, and IT operations in a global tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking and updating the IT budget, forecasts, and actuals.
• Support vendor invoice processing and budget allocation tasks. 
• Help track project milestones, status reports, and dashboards. 
• Coordinate projects follow-ups, documentation, and gates 
• Support reporting on KPIs, risks, and resource planning 
• Collaborate with IT leads, finance, and procurement teams

• Student in Business economics, or related field 
• Strong Excel and data handling skills; familiarity with PowerPoint or Power BI - A plus 
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
• Interest in both technology and financial/process management
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
• Availability of at least 3.5 days per week, temp for 9 months
