Position Overview

As Head of the SaaS Platform, you will lead a team of 30 engineers in developing, delivering, and supporting a cutting-edge SaaS platform. Your mission is to drive innovation, ensure product quality and smooth operation, and align efforts with Cellebrite's strategic SaaS goals. Reporting to the VP, Head of SaaS, you will shape the platform's future and contribute to the company's success in digital intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 30, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Drive the development and operation of a reliable, secure and scalable SaaS platform, with a strong emphasis on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and operational excellence.
• Own and oversee DevOps and SRE processes, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and incident management, ensuring robust system performance and uptime.
• Collaborate across departments - product management, architecture, and other engineering groups - to align priorities, uphold standards, and deliver state-of-the-art solutions that meet customer and business needs.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software, while continuously improving development, operational methodologies, and team performance.
• Embrace innovation by staying current with industry trends, proposing enhancements, and driving cutting-edge solutions in SaaS and digital intelligence.
• Oversee technical decisions, embrace agile practices, and take part of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals, seamless product delivery, and operational reliability.

• 10+ years of experience managing cloud development, DevOps, or SRE teams, including 3+ years managing managers (TLs or above).
• Proven experience managing 24/7 cloud production environments with strong cloud architecture expertise.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Inspirational leader with a track record of acquiring new skills, driving innovation, and challenging the status quo.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to lead by example in a collaborative environment.
• Customer-focused product leadership and excellent presentation skills with fluent English.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes (K8S) and server less technologies.
