Position Overview:

Cellebrite is looking for an experienced IT professional to join our IT Infrastructure group.

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the design, operation, and continuous modernization of the corporate IT infrastructure across datacenter and cloud environments. You will ensure a secure, scalable, and highly available corporate platform supporting global business operations.

The team focuses on the deployment, upgrade and maintenance of servers, storage and networking technologies, Office 365 administration, operating systems, and productivity tools to support our existing and new infrastructure in the Datacenter and in the Cloud. You will design and implement upgrades, develop infrastructure, manage and automate recurring tasks and modernize with AI.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and excellent team management skills.

You will be working in a demanding, fast-paced environment, you will need exceptional technical expertise, initiative, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Lead, mentor, and support the IT systems team, providing technical guidance and driving professional growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside other departments to understand their IT needs, achieve company goals, and align IT strategy with business vision.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements, integrating new technologies and modern architectures.
• Global Infrastructure: Manage and monitor Cellebrite's endpoint, server, and storage infrastructure, hybrid, on-prem and cloud environments.
• High Availability: Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, reliability, and performance.
• SaaS & Endpoints: Manage Office 365 administration to ensure optimal performance and security and support the deployment of global productivity tools.
• System Maintenance: Install, configure, test, and maintain a diverse range of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), applications, and IT system management tools.
• Advanced Support: Act as the highest escalation point, providing tier-3 IT support and delivering solutions to complex IT-related challenges across the organization.
• Security & Audits: practicing a security-conscious approach to system design, patching, and access control. Perform regular IT audits to discover areas of weakness, fortify systems, and ensure adherence to strict security standards and IT service & operation procedures.
• Modernize: Adopt DevOps practices and leverage AI tools to drive automation, simplify routine tasks, and modernize infrastructure deployment.
• Industry Trends: Stay continuously updated with industry trends, security best practices, and emerging technologies.

• 4+ years leading IT Systems / Infrastructure / DevOps teams in a hi-tech company
• Strong ownership mindset with proven delivery in enterprise environments
• Hand on capabilities including scripting with PowerShell and/or Python
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, global multi-tasking and time constraints.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering IT project and tech integrations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Hebrew.

• MS Infrastructure: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Entra etc.
• Virtualization: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x, including installation, configuration, and system design.
• Datacenter: Familiarity with physical servers, Network and the Datacenter maintenance lifecycle.
• Microsoft Azure Ecosystem: Proven experience including:
• Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) – strong knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Microsoft 365 services – including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and more.
• Cloud Architecture: Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, basic security controls, cloud security best practices and monitoring tools.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Experience with core services (EC2, S3, Route53, FSx), Basic understanding of AWS security controls (IAM, VPCs, KMS).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• OS Mastery: Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Client OS, Linux distributions, and macOS.
• Mac Management: Experience managing macOS endpoints with Jamf Pro (or similar) in enterprise settings.
• Endpoint Management: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Jamf.
• Storage & Backup Solutions
• Storage Systems: Hands-on experience with NAS/SAN systems (NetApp, QNAP, and BlueXP)
• Backup: Familiarity with enterprise backup systems (experience with Commvault/Metallic is a strong advantage).
