Position Overview:

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Operations Transformation & AI Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives within our global Operations.

This role is for builders people who turn ambiguity into structure, connect data, systems, and processes, and drive real execution.

You’ll lead cross-functional efforts focused on AI adoption, process optimization, and operational excellence — shaping how we scale smarter, faster, and better.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end operational transformation across Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and NPI process.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process optimization, automation, and AI-led improvements
• Implement AI tools, smart workflows, dashboards, and advanced analytics
• Partner with Information Systems to define priorities and deliver scalable solutions
• Design future-state processes and translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Drive execution across stakeholders, systems, and vendors — from concept to deployment
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and control frameworks for real-time visibility
• Own delivery: timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes for Ops projects
• Lead change management, adoption, and training across the organization

• Strong SQL skills — ability to independently query, analyze, and extract insights from data
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Qlik
• Experience in project management / operations / business analysis (2–4 years)
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and deliver results
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• High systems orientation — ability to understand and improve business processes
• Hands-on, execution-driven mindset (not just coordination)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
• Experience with Python (data analysis / automation)-An advantage.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce)-An advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools / LLMs / automation workflows-An advantage.
• Experience with BI tools (Qlik / Tableau) -An advantage.
