AI Engineer
4+ years of hands-on software development experience (TypeScript experience is a plus).
Proven experience in building and deploying LLM-based solutions from POC to production.
Deep understanding of how LLMs work: fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings,prompt engineering. e.g.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Cybersecurity background is a significant advantage

6+ years of hands-on experience in software and/or machine learning engineering (military or industry).
Practical experience working with LLMs and transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, Falcon).
Proven experience developing end-to-end AI/ML systems at scale.
Experience with classic ML algorithms and technologies (e.g., boosted trees, embeddings, NLP models).
Proficiency in Python - must.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Experience with AWS - advantage.

AI Team Leader
3+ years leading AI/DS teams, ideally in cybersecurity
At least 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer/Researcher or Data Scientist or proven experience in AI/ML or similar positions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and libraries (e.g. hugging face, LangChain, Open AI, scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
Proficient in machine learning algorithms, especially in areas such as LLMs, classification, anomaly detection, and tabular data analysis
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams
