Mechanical Commissioning Specialist

A leading engineering company is seeking for Mechanical Commissioning Specialist for a construction project.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a Construction Phase Commissioning Plan, maintain an issues log to track and resolve deficiencies discovered through submittal reviews, inspections, and testing.
Track and manage checklists, ensuring all commissioning activities are documented and completed.
Review submittals related to the systems being commissioned.
Verify that all systems and equipment are properly installed and operate according to design specifications and performance criteria.
Verify acceptance of each building and system, to ensure conformance with contract requirements.

Engineer or Practical Engineer degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commissioning or Quality Control in construction projects involving mechanical systems including HVAC, service water heating systems; plumbing; water and wastewater treatment systems, fire detection and suppression systems.

Understanding of commissioning processes, standards, and best practices.

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
