Corporate Counsel – U.S. Qualified
A global company is seeking a U.S.-qualified corporate counsel to join its legal team and support a broad range of corporate and securities matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and maintaining corporate governance processes across global entities
Support compliance with U.S. securities laws, including preparation of 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
Provide legal guidance on corporate and securities issues, contract matters, and risk management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors

* Full-time position based in central Israel

JD from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to a U.S. state bar (NY, CA, or TX preferred)
2–4 years of experience at a leading U.S. law firm, preferably in corporate/securities law
Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
