We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager / Operations Manager to keep our headquarters running smoothly and support our growing team. You’ll handle day-to-day office administration, coordinate payroll and benefits, and ensure compliance across finance and legal processes. This is a hands-on role—ideal for someone with a background in law or accounting (CPA) who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Office Administration
Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel logistics.
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming workspace.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
Process payroll in collaboration with external payroll providers.
Administer employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
Handle salary adjustments, reimbursements, and expense reporting.
Legal & Compliance Support
Assist with contract review and vendor agreements.
Maintain corporate records and ensure timely renewals (licenses, permits).
Support data privacy, HR, and finance compliance initiatives.
Financial Operations
Track and reconcile office budgets and expenditures.
Generate monthly reports on office spend.
Liaise with accounting team to align on forecasts and invoicing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HR on onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
Work with People Ops to develop office policies and guidelines.
Support engineering and product teams with ad-hoc operational needs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related field
2–4 years of experience in office management, operations, or finance administration
Degree in Law or CPA certification is a big advantage
Hands-on experience with payroll systems and benefits administration
Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities in a startup environment
Nice to Have
Experience in real estate, legal tech, or financial services
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday)
Track record of implementing process improvements and cost-savings
Background working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
