We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for customer engagement. In this hybrid role, you will support the sales team in engaging with technical stakeholders, demonstrate platform capabilities, and help guide enterprise prospects through architecture discussions. Post-sale, you will ensure a smooth onboarding and initial deployment, bridging the gap between sales and customer success.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support

Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs and map them to product capabilities
Lead product demos, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions
Closely monitor POC to give immediate solutions for on going issues
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires from enterprise prospects
Translate technical requirements into scalable and secure solutions using our platform

Customer Success (Post-Sale Onboarding)

Support initial implementation, configuration, and technical onboarding
Provide best practices on deployment, integrations, and enterprise architecture
Act as a technical advisor for key accounts during early stages of adoption
Ensure technical customer satisfaction and communicate feedback to product and engineering teams

technical experience background in System/support engineering or similar
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related educational background
Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Jerusalem
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, SaaS, and cloud technologies.
Experience working with engineering teams and technical discussions.
