Job Description:
Factory 54, a leading retail company, is seeking an experienced R&D Team Leader to join our innovative technology department. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of cutting-edge web applications that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of talented developers
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Ensure high-quality code and scalable architecture
• Drive innovation and stay updated on industry trends
דרישות התפקיד
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader in software development
• 4years of experience with JavaScript and Node.js
• Strong understanding of web development best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• BSc in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
