A leading organization in the CRM field is seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in project management.
Responsibilities:
Managing CRM Dynamics projects end-to-end
Collaborating with development teams
Translating business requirements into technical specification documents (User Stories)

Experience in upgrade projects – advantage
Experience working closely with development teams
Leading and managing requirement gathering and process improvement
Coordinating between various stakeholders and driving project collaboration
Effective management of client interfaces
Matrix management of multiple internal stakeholders
Managing project timelines, budget, and team activities
Task prioritization and team leadership
