Logistics Specialist

Manage all import and export activities.
Coordinate shipments
Lead customs clearance processes, and communication with customs brokers.
Ensure compliance with export control regulations
Handle security clearance processes at Ben Gurion Airport in coordination with MAMAN
Submit importer declarations and power of attorney via the “Global Gateway” system
Maintain up-to-date records of all shipments for insurance and compliance purposes
Prepare shipping ation for both import and export activities.
Inventory Management:
Receive inventory: count, verify part numbers and quantities against purchase orders, and store properly. Log all inventory entries into the ERP/management system.
Create inventory transfers between warehouses: Package, , and arrange domestic shipping, Update inventory records accordingly in the ERP system.

Required Experience:
Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
Familiarity with customs procedures, international shipping, and import/export regulations
Proficiency in relevant systems such as “Global Gateway” and inventory management tools
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
