Manufacturing and NPI Engineer

Utron, a global company specializes in developing automated parking solutions, is looking for a Manufacturing and NPI Engineer .
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sustain Engineering - technical ownership for all Utron released products (Fabrication, assembly installation, service, and adaptation to new customers)
• Responsible for multi-disciplinary new products introduction.
• Apply DFx practices to improved manufacturability, assembly process, cost, etc…
• Manage and control Turnkey activities at suppliers (local and overseas) for system fabrication, assembly and integration. Support all tech aspects, quality and FAI (mechanical/ electro-mechanical).
• Responsible for releasing Product documentations, BOM, jigs and design changes (ECOs)
• Lead 2nd source & cost reduction activities

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering – Must
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer of multi-disciplinary products with hands on approach
• An in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication technologies and tool design
• Problem-solving experience of multi-disciplinary products
• Familiarity with quality control techniques and practices
• Proficient in CAD/Solid Works - Must
• Experience with ERP systems – Priority is an advantage
• Advanced level in English - speaking and writing.
• Travel: up to 20% yearly
