Solution Engineer - Intern (Students only)

Job Summary

Join us as a Solutions Engineer, where you’ll work closely with manufacturing customers to understand their needs and create impactful materials and case studies that highlight how our solution can enhance their operations. As a subject-matter expert, you’ll be the point of contact for utilizing our features for industrial needs and will have the chance to influence the development of our product roadmap. Last but not least, you’ll support our customers and partners throughout their journey.

What You'll Do

• Solution design & demonstrations: Using your technical expertise, design tailored solutions and conduct impactful product demonstrations.
• Project management: Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely completion and scope adherence.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a top-tier customer experience.
• Technical documentation & training: Create and update technical documentation and training materials, supporting both our partners and customers.
• Market insights: Keep informed about industry trends and technological advancements to guide our strategy.

Who We're Looking For:

• BSME/EE/IE - Electrical power concepts well understood.
• Ideal candidate is pursuing a Masters of Operations Management, Sustainability or Manufacturing or equivalent
• A native or fluent English speaker - a must
• High level of communication skills
• A self-learner and problem solver who knows or can quickly learn about different types of industrial machinery
• Previous experience is a plus, but we value your industrial knowledge and customer-oriented mindset above all
