Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Development Team Lead to join our growing organization.

?In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of talented developers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering their growth and maximizing team productivity
Active involvement in coding for at least 50% of the role.
Oversee the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for new and existing projects
Implement and maintain development processes and methodologies
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations where appropriate

Extensive experience in technical and architectural lead
At least 2 years of experience as a Team/Tech-lead-Must
Backend development with C# and C++
Experience working with software/hardware technologies.
Ability to lead a team and expand it while ensuring high-quality work and project success.
Experience in task management and other managerial activities
