Description:
We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities, while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
The role includes managing a team of analysts, partnering with business leaders, overseeing the budgeting, and forecasting processes, and delivering clear financial insights and performance analysis.
Responsibilities include monthly reporting, KPI tracking, developing financial models for strategic initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring continuous improvement of FP&A processes.
The position requires close collaboration with Accounting, Operations, Strategy, and other functions.
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of relevant FP&A experience in a fast-growing company
• 3–4 years of team management experience
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Strong English proficiency – must
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
