We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead multiple development teams working on complex, large-scale software solutions for global enterprise clients. The role includes matrix management of multidisciplinary teams, hands-on technical leadership, and close collaboration with the CTO and Chief Architect

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead parallel development projects with cross-functional teams
• Own architecture planning, technical quality, and delivery execution
• Serve as a professional mentor and technical authority for development teams
• Integrate cutting-edge technologies including AI, security, and distributed computing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external enterprise clients

• 5+ years of experience managing software development teams
• Strong technical background in Python, Rust, and Node.js
• Familiarity with leading AI technologies
• Proven experience with cloud architectures, microservices, and Kubernetes
• Ability to provide hands-on support and code-level guidance when needed
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
