Main Purpose of the Role
Design, implement, and manage data lake architecture to support business needs.
Monitor and optimize data lake performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to integrate data sources and support analytics initiatives.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, storage, and processing.
Maintain documentation of data lake processes, configurations, and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management and analytics.
דרישות התפקיד
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field- advantage
Proven experience in data lake administration, data management, or a similar role- must
MS-SQL Administrator- must
Deep knowledge with: Azure Data-Factory, Synapse, Data-Fabric
Terraform- significant advantage
Strong knowledge of data lake technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based solutions. Azure- must, AWS- Advantage
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala- advantage
Experience with data governance and security practices- advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent English, written and verbal
