Direct Procurement Buyer

A leading global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Direct Procurement Buyer to join its professional global procurement team.
The role includes full responsibility for supplier management, negotiations, project leadership, and end-to-end supply coordination.

Responsibilities:
Manage direct procurement processes: sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and forecast management

Coordinate supply orders, monitor deliveries, and maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Lead initiatives to improve supplier performance and reduce costs

Collaborate with global procurement functions

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or Business – mandatory

Proven experience in procurement and negotiation – mandatory

Strong Excel and Office skills – mandatory

High-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry – an advantage

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) – a plus
